Work Permit Holders

We offer services for employees with a current work permit that wish to change either their job position (if they have been offered a different position in the company) or their expiry date (if the company wishes to extend their employment period). These processes are called Work Permit Extensions or Renewals.

Spousal Sponsorships

Canadian citizens and permanent residents who live in Canada can sponsor their spouses via the Family Class Program in order for them to attain Permanent Residence in Canada . 
Who can be sponsored as a spouse for Canadian Permanent Residence?
As a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, you may sponsor a spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner. Your partner (husband or wife). The sex of each spouse has no bearing on the application, as a result the applicant and sponsor can be of the opposite or same-sex.

Canadian Citizenship
Permanent residents may obtain Canadian citizenship. We will assess your file to make sure that you are eligible to apply for citizenship.
To become a Canadian Citizen you must:
First have Permanent Resident status.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have resided in Canada for at least three years in the last five years. Have proven knowledge of French or English if you are between ages 18 and 54.
Have a clean criminal history
Pass a knowledge test about Canada if you are between ages 18 and 54.
